Small Group Host Form
When applying to host a small group, please carefully read the commitments and covenant expectations. As a leader, your role is to serve as a facilitator and example, not as a spiritual overseer. You are expected to model a Christlike lifestyle, foster a safe and confidential group environment, and guide discussions without dominating. Leaders must report weekly, attend leader meetings, and stay connected with church leadership. Confidentiality is vital—what is shared in the group must remain in the group. By completing this form, you agree to the responsibilities outlined in the Covenant of Leadership and Conduct and affirm your commitment to lead with humility, honor, and integrity.

By signing up, you are taking the first step in joining a group that fits your needs and schedule.
